The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109(1) & 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Nirmala Barla, learned J.M., 1st class, Dhanbad. On 19.04.2025, petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and some other persons. It was submitted that though the husband of the informant namely Mahesh Yadav has sustained grievous injury, but there is omnibus allegation against the accused persons. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Nirmala Barla, learned J.M., 1st class, Dhanbad, or her successor, in connection with Kenduadih P.S.
