Affidavits filed by the Superintendents of Police of all Districts clearly reveal that direction contained in judgment dated 01.01.2025 passed by this Court in Cr.MP(M) NO.2878 of 2024, thereby issuing direction to update the records, has been complied. However, before parting, this Court wishes to observe that directions contained in judgment dated 01.01.2025 shall be complied with for all times to come so that no inconvience is caused to the person against whom FIR has been registered. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, may apprise the concerned quarters with regard to passing of instant order.
