02/18.11.2025 Heard Mr. J.N. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the appellant. None appears on behalf of the State.
This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.08.2025 passed in B.P. No. 598/2025, in connection with Tata Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, by the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Crime Against Women), Jamshedpur, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that seven children were apprehended from the Railway Station and the appellant and two other accused persons were attributed to have been involved in human trafficking.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the case of the appellant is similarly situated to that of co-accused Masrul Alam who has already been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 1083 of 2025. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 20.07.2025.
Regard being had to the fact that one of the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 21.08.2025 passed in B.P. No. 598/2025, in connection with Tata Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, by the learned

District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Crime Against Women), Jamshedpur, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with Tata Nagar Rail P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025.
This appeal stands allowed.
