The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pipratand P.S. Case No. 16/2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 26/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 18(b), 21(b), 21(c), 22(b) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau. 3. On 25.07.2025, Pipratand police on the basis of confidential information, intercepted two vehicles bearing registration nos. DL3CBE4823 & DL3BA6161 from Lawalong Panki Main Road, Hesatu, Panki. On search, 314 kgs. of poppy husk were recovered from the said vehicles. The apprehended co-accused persons confessed their guilt and stated that petitioner, father of the petitioner and co-accused persons were involved in trade of narcotics. Subsequently, house of the father of the petitioner was raided, from where a bolero and cash Rs. 20,44,550/- were recovered. Subsequently, house of petitioner was also raided, from where Rs. 11,63,900/- were recovered. 4. It was submitted that cash recovered from house of the petitioner belongs to him. It was further submitted that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no material available against the petitioner on record. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau in connection with Pipratand P.S. Case No. 16/2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 26/2025. 18 November 2025 (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
