(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.128 dated 27.01.2025, registered under Sections 21(1), 21(4)(A) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 303(3) of the BNS, at Police Station HSENB, Ambala. Vide order dated 20.03.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 20.03.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ravinderpal Singh, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, interim order dated 20.03.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.
