G VENKATA REDDY 3 The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 20.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13078 of 2023. Sri M.Narendra Babu, learned counsel, representing Sri Narra Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time. Perusal of record shows that on 17.07.2025, learned counsel for the respondents reported that the order of this Court dated 20.07.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.13078 of 2023 has been complied with and learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from the petitioner in that regard. Since the learned counsel for the respondents reported that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
