Case No. 100 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 80,238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Binay Kumar Lal, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased namely, Madhulata Devi, who died in her matrimonial home due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was consuming liquor with his brother-in-law, when the deceased objected, he rebuked her, due to which she committed suicide. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, or his successor, in connection with Sadar P.S.
