Re
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken.
State has submitted a report which reflects that Bhatpara P.S. Case No. 379 of 2025 dated 26.07.2025 has been registered for investigation.
Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have taken steps, I am of the view that the investigation be taken to its logical conclusion.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16809 of 2025 is disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, is also
disposed of.
Report so submitted be kept with the record.
