Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners to the Registrar (Judicial) enclosing a copy of Award passed in Lok Adalat Case No.317 of 2024, dated 14.09.2024 stating that the parties entered into compromise before Lok Adalat and in view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and requested to permit him to withdraw the case. 3.
