Contending that the petitioner is in arrears of Rs.24,53,988/-, a communication was issued to the petitioner on 05.08.2024. The petitioner without filing any reply to the communication, has filed the captioned Writ Petition. Therefore, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner to submit a suitable reply to the Communication dated 05.08.2024 within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon submission of reply, the second respondent - Assistant Executive Engineer, BESCOM is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law. By virtue of an interim order, the power supply was restored to RR No.VSHT4. The BESCOM Authority shall not take steps to disconnect the power supply till the consideration of the reply and passing of the order. The petitioner shall pay the regular consumption charges. 5.
