Petitioner is presently serving as Recovery Supervisor in Branch Office of the respondent-Bank at Pooh, District Kinnuar. His case is that on completion of normal tenure and facing adverse family circumstances, he preferred representation on 05.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.1, seeking transfer to a place of his preference. Without examining the maintainability of the present writ petition and in view of the relief prayed for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation Annexure P-1, of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/ policy within a period of three weeks from today.
