ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“a) Call for the records in CC No. 1390/2023 arising out of W.L.O.R No.13/2023, registered by the Respondent No.1 Police, PSI, CID Forest Mobile Squad, Kollegal for the offences punishable under Section 2 (32), 39 (b) and (d), 49, 50, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act and Schedule 1, Part E(20) of Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2022, pending before the Hon'ble Civil Judge and J.M.F.C, Yelandur, Chamarajanagara District, and b) Quash the criminal proceedings against the Petitioners in CC No. 1390/2023 arising out of W.L.O.R No.13/2023, registered by the Respondent No.1 Police, PSI, CID Forest Mobile Squad, Kollegal for the offences punishable under Section 2 (32), 39 (b) and (d), 49, 50, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act and Schedule 1, Part E(20) of Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2022, pending before the

Hon'ble Civil Judge and Chamarajanagara District and J.M.F.C, Yelandur, c) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass, in the interest of justice and equity.”

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court withdraw the petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners, who on instructions submits that he would file discharge application before the Trial Court urging all contentions including the contentions urged in the present petition. 3. The said submission is placed on record. 4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to file an appropriate discharge application, which shall be considered by the Trial Court, in accordance with law.
