Heard the parties.
Perusal of the record reveals that the notice issued upon the Opposite Party no. 2 has not been validly served. Issue fresh notice to the Opposite Party no. 2. The petitioners are directed to file requisites of notice through both processes i.e. under speed post as well as through the process of the Court, within six weeks, failing which, this criminal miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
Rule is made returnable within six weeks. In case, the requisites are filed, list this case after receipt of the service report of the notice issued to the said opposite party.
