Serial No. 80 2 WP(C) No. 1245/2025 CM No. 2973/2025 02. The petitioner No. 1 – Khair-ul-Nisa submits that she wants to take a call with respect to her matrimony on her own volition without any coercion and harassment bearing upon her by her parents and in that regard submits she is being coerced by her parents to marry against her own wishes. 03. Without going into the fact whether the petitioner No. 1 – Khair-ul-Nisa has married the petitioner No. 2 – Abdul Rahim Malik, who is fourteen years elder to the petitioner No. 1, this Court directs the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Ramban to ensure that the petitioner No. 1 – Khair-ul-Nisa is not to subjected any kind of harassment and pressure by her father and brothers, namely, Mohd. Ayub, Farooq Ahmed, Munahir Ahmed and Mohd. Asgar to marry against her own wishes. 04. The present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected application(s).
