It is stated that survey numbers for which the compensation has been received by private respondent No.9, are both fictitious and created only for purposes of compensation. It is stated that representation was made in this regard to the Director, ACB, as also the District Collector, YSR Kadapa 2 HCJ & RC, J W.P(PIL). No:180 of 2025 District, for which no action has been taken. The petitioner therefore seeks an enquiry in this regard. 3. We dispose of the present petition with a direction to the District Collector, YSR Kadapa District, to consider the representation already filed by the petitioner and if it is not on record, the petitioner may file one within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the same may be looked into by the District Collector for appropriate action in accordance with Rules. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
