It is the case of the petitioner that his name was being reflected in the revenue records in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.155, measuring 4 acres situated at Hulimangala Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru District, but from the year 2001 onwards, on the computerization of the revenue records, his name has been omitted. 2. It is his case that, despite a representation being made in this regard, no action has been taken. 3. In the light of the said grievance, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9734 WP No. 28183 of 2024 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4. It is needless to state that nothing said in this order shall be construed as rendering any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. 5. This petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
