“MEMO OF WITHDRAWAL
It is submitted that the Petitioner has filed this petition before this Hon'ble court for seeking Police protection against the Respondent, in the light of new development took place by way of Writ petition was
disposed in W.P. No. 55/2025 vide order dated 10-01- 2025 seeking setting aside the orders passed by the Deputy Commissioner in respect of Sy. No. 8/1, measuring 4 acres of agricultural land and the Respondents sons by name Govindappa and Rajappa withdrawn O.S. No. 64/2017 and 61/2017 filed for declaration and injunction on the file of the Civil Judge Court at Kadur, since the Hon'ble High Court of

Karnataka allowed the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner in W.P. No.55/2025 and in that background of the matter, the Petitioner withdrawing the present C.R.P. not willing to prosecute the CRP. Hence, please kindly permit the Petitioner to withdrawn the C.R.P. Hence, this memo in the interest of justice and equity.”
In terms of the memo, the civil revision petition is
disposed as withdrawn.
