The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 17.01.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Basti in Session Trial No. 1146 of 2024 (State vs. Mohd. Rashid and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 186 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 506, 504, 452, 308 IPC, P.S. Lalganj, District Basti, whereby application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
