This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 26.12.2024 the same is still pending before him, within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue any other suitable writ order or directing which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." From the perusal of the representation which has been filed by the petitioner before Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Shikohabad, District Firozabad, we find that the petitioner intends to get a private dispute resolved by the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer. To resolve a personal dispute within two private parties is definitely not within the domain of the Sub-Divisional Officer.
