Case No. 13 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1889 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305, 331(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. During the intervening period of 18-24.02.2025, theft was committed in the premises of the informant by unknown persons. The accused persons took away gold ornaments and several other valuable articles from the house of the informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Manish Kataria has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 6644 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Khelgaon P.S.
