LAKSHMANA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No:700 of 2009 ORDER: The Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the order dated 06.04.2009 in discharging the respondent Nos.1 and 2/A2 and A3. 2. Report from the learned Principal Civil Judge’s (Junior Division), Chilakaluripet is received stating that the trial has already been commenced and sufficient number of witnesses have been examined. The said report is accompanying with covering letter from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur. 3. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakaluripet Police Station submitted a report that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are alive. In view of the fact that the learned Trial Court already proceeded with the trial and examined sufficient number of witnesses. Even though there was a stay, by following the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency P. Ltd. v. Central Bureau of Investigation1. It appears that nothing remains in the revision case for further adjudication. 4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
