The Registry has forwarded the communication sent through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Beed, in the context of the specific direction issued to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Majalgaon, District Beed, in the order dated 03.02.2025, 1 of 2 (( 2 )) 910-WP-424, 426-2025 passed by this Court (Coram: Mangesh S. Patil and Prafulla S. Khubalkar, JJ.). By the said order, inter-alia, directions were issued to the said Court to take urgent steps to pay compensation to the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months. 2. The request forwarded to this Court details the reasons why the direction could not be complied with, and sets out the grounds on which extension of time is sought. 3. Considering the material placed on record, extension of time by five months is granted to the said Court to comply with the directions contained in the aforesaid order dated 03.02.2025. 4.
