Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Macluskiganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. act, pending in the court of Sri Bhupesh Chandra Samad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On 14.07.2025, Macluskiganj police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons from a place near Bakshi Bangla River. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of co-accused. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bhupesh Chandra Samad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi or his successor, in connection with Macluskiganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025.
