Heard. Perused the record. 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that earlier the petitioner herein was granted bail by the trial Court, vide orders in crl.MP No.633 of 2022, dated 17.08.2022. Thereafter, when the Petitioner herein Was absconded from bail, the learned sessions Judge issued NBW against him on 12.07.2023. On coming to know Of iSSuanCe Of NBW against him, the petitioner herein voluntarily surrendered before the jurisdictional police on 20.12.2023 and he was remanded to I-udiCial Custody.
