The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 8.11.2023 passed by this Court in Writ A No.18071 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the applicant has been permitted to join and the salary shall be paid after the grant for the said purpose is received. The affidavit further discloses that an order dated 1.5.2025 has been passed by the opposite party directing the Assistant Finance and Accounts Officer, Integrated Education Maharajganj to pay his salary/honorarium to the applicant. The counsel for the applicant accepts the said fact. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with the liberty to the applicant to file a recall application, in case, the salary/honorarium of the applicant as noted in the order dated 1.5.2025 is not paid within one month from today.
