The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No. 21/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila. 3. On 22.03.2025, petitioners are alleged to have entered into fist fight with the informant and snatched Rs. 15,000/-, a gold chain and his mobile phone. 4. Attention has been drawn towards statement of witnesses in which it has been stated that there was some altercation between the petitioners and the informant due to rash driving by the petitioners. It appears that the informant fell on the road and sustained injuries. The witnesses have not stated anything with regard to the fact that petitioners had snatched money and mobile phone of the informant. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ghatshila in connection with Jadugora P.S.
