CMP No.638 of 2025 From a perusal of the cause title of the Award passed by the Additional District Judge, Nalagarh, HP, it is evident that name of respondent No.4 has wrongly been mentioned as Jarnail Singh in the present appeal, whereas it should have been Jarinder Singh. In view of the aforesaid, discrepancy having arisen, the present application has been filed. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants are permitted to correct the cause title and get the same in sync with the cause title, as detailed in the Award passed by the Reference Court appended along with the appeal.
