The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Korra P.S. Case No.116 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 324(2), 329(4), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons of assault, however, injury is there that is simple in nature. He submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition. He also submits that two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory in A.B.A. No. 4927 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides are relative and the petitioners have got no criminal ( 2025:JHHC:31744 ) antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition and two of the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclind to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hazaribagh in connection with Korra P.S. Case No.116 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.14.10.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
