1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioners, in Court today, is taken on record.
2. The grievance of the petitioners is that more than half of the Service Road situated at NH16, Village & Mouza – Kulai, P.O. Bibi Hakola, P.S. Panchla, District – Howrah, West Bengal is occupied by parking of loaded containers and loaded trucks, which causes inconveniences to the petitioners.
3. He made a representation dated 18.03.2025 to the Chief Engineer, Regional Office, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways/respondent no. 6, seeking his intervention in the matter.
4. It has been alleged that no decision in connection with the representation has been taken.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client does not have any grievance against the private respondent no. 10.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
7. Having considered the records of this writ petition, I grant liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation to the respondent no. 6 within two weeks from date.
8. The respondent no. 6/ the Chief Engineer, Regional Office, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and upon extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the private respondent and other necessary interested parties and pass a reasoned order within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
9. In view of the above, the instant writ petition being WPA No. 10821 of 2025 stands disposed of.
10. No order as to costs.
11. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
