2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 124 of 2025 arising out of Amrapara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 292 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2) 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 137(2), 308(2), 308(3), 308(5), 305(a), 74, 76, 109, 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur.
3. On 23.02.2025 at 1.00 p.m., 22 named accused persons and one unknown accused entered into the house of the Informant and assaulted him and his family members. They also took away the jewelry and Rs. 50,000/- from there.
4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in connection with S.T. No. 124 of 2025 arising out of Amrapara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 292 of 2025.
