3. From the contents of the present petition, it appears that dispute primarily concerns property issues amongst family members, which is of civil nature.
4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to the petitioners, as per law.
5. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
