Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On the promise of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major girl. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last four years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Tapkara P.S.
