The mediator appointed by this Court has submitted the joint memorandum of compromise between the parties. 3. Memorandum contains the signatures of the parties and also the learned counsels representing them and it is mentioned that the matter is settled between the parties and the cheque amount along with the interest has been paid by the accused/ petitioner to the second respondent. Accordingly, the mediator Ms.M.Uma Devi has submitted the mediators report. The mediators report is recorded. 4. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties through the mediator, the matter is disposed of as compromised. Accordingly, the judgments in Criminal Appeal No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum- I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam and Calendar Case No.907 of 2008 on the file IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam are set aside and the petitioner is acquitted.
