Heard Mr.M.P.Guna Sri, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2. 3. The specific case of the petitioner is that the previous house site patta that was issued with respect to the subject property was cancelled through proceedings of the first respondent dated 02.08.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a Monday petition before the first respondent on 17.02.2025 seeking for issuance of house site patta. Since the same was not considered, a representation was made on 25.02.2025 and the same did not evoke any response. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 and take a decision within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
