2. This Court has perused the affidavit filed along with this petition. The 8th respondent namely Mr.Devanandam @ Durai died on 03.10.2023 leaving behind respondent Nos.11 to 13 as his legal heirs. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the aforestated affidavit and also considering the submissions on either side, this Court is inclined to 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
CMP.No.18260 of 2025 in AS.No.71 of 2019 allow this civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs.
