The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katras P.S. Case No 71 of 2024 registered under sections 379, 461 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased two stangers which are being used in music set and after eight months, it has been alleged that said stangers were found in possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 19 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that stangers have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 19 of the petition and it has been pointed out that said stangers have been purchased by the petitioner, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be ( 2025:JHHC:31345 ) released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S.
