Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 2. On 24.04.2025 following order was passed by this Court:- "1. Sri A.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 submitted that petitioner has filed restoration application dated 17.5.2023 against the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by the Consolidation Officer which is still pending, as such, the instant petition cannot be entertained. He further submitted that no averment has been made by the petitioner regarding the pendency of the aforementioned restoration application filed by the petitioner-Bhulai. 2. Counsel for the petitioner shall file a supplementary affidavit stating about the pendency of the aforementioned restoration application filed by the petitioner against the order of the Consolidation Officer dated 11.10.2022 as well as state the reason of non-disclosure of the averment regarding filing of the aforesaid restoration application. 3. Put up this matter as fresh on 12.5.2025" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that instant petition should be dismissed as withdrawn as the restoration application filed by petitioner is pending for consideration before consolidation officer. 4. Mr. A.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.4 placed the certified copy of the restoration application before the Court, in which the Consolidation Officer has passed the interim order also. He submitted that petitioner should be dismissed with cost due to concealment of material fact. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
