V UMA DEVI The Court made the following order: The above contempt case is filed complaining of violation of order dated 28.07.2010 in W.P.No.11024 of 2003. 2. The above writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings Rc.No.Est.DW/VII/2003-04 dated 23.05.2003, where under the services of the petitioner were terminated. 3. While disposing of the above writ petition, the Court directed the respondent bank to consider to engage the services of the petitioner in any post, to which, he is eligible, in the light of Section 25-H of the I.D. Act. 4. Today, when the matter is listed, it is represented that, in pursuance of the order dated 28.07.2010, the respondent authority passed a speaking order on 25.09.2017, rejecting the petitioner’s claim for reappointment and assailing the rejection order, the petitioner filed W.P.No.40240 of 2017. 5. Given the above submission, since a speaking order was passed on 25.09.2017, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondent did not commit any contempt, by violating the order dated 28.07.2010 in W.P.No.11024 of 2003. 6. Therefore, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
