Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. SPP for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that petitioner, who is the account holder of the aforesaid accounts filed an application under Sections 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C. seeking defreezing of the aforesaid accounts. However, vide order dated 14.08.2025, the Trial Court directed that the application to be kept in abeyance till disposal of the Crl.P.No.5219/2023. In view of the disposal of Crl.P.No.5219/2023, the present petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to consider the application and pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner under Sections 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C. as expeditiously as possible.
