He has referred to the compliance affidavit-cum-calculation sheet, which is ordered to be taken on record. 3. In light of this development, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that these proceedings can be closed but with liberty to the petitioner that in case judgment is not complied with in totality, he may approach the Court by way of a fresh execution petition.
