This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bath P.S. Case No.68 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased was electrocuted while the electric meter was being changed by the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2025 having clean antecedent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24302 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Bhagalpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Bath P.S. Case No.68 of 2024. 7.
