The present contempt application has been filed for the alleged non-compliance of order dated 29.05.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.15686 of 2019 (S/S) (Ashok Kumar Pandey & 12 others Vs. State of U.P. and others). 3. Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, has filed before this Court affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Sri Raj Kumar Pandit, District Inspector of Schools, Jalaun, which is taken on record. He submits that pursuant to the direction issued by writ court, decision has already been taken by the respondent vide order dated 27.07.2019 and further representation of the applicant has also been decided on 11.07.2025. The copy of the orders dated 27.07.2019 as also 11.07.2025 have been annexed along with the compliance affidavit as Annexure Nos. CA-1 and 2. He therefore submits that the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the respondent authority. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the contents of the compliance affidavit, this Court is of the view that since the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the respondent authority therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5.
