Petitioner is serving as Lecturer (English) at Government Senior Secondary School Pangana, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure at aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 14.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer, also indicating therein other grounds available to -2- him. Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation dated 14.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
