The petitioner is apprehending his arrest for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147,149,225,353,342,504,506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved ABA No.3376 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 23.06.2025. He further submits that this Anticipatory Bail Petition has been filed in view of the changed circumstances, as other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.4704 of 2025 by order dated 25.08.2025. He also submits ABA No.4704 of 2025 has been allowed considering that three persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench in ABA No.2236 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner has earlier moved anticipatory bail, which was dismissed as withdrawn, there is no changed of circumstances, 2025:JHHC:31578 2 in spite of that, second ABA has been filed. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner has withdrawn ABA No.3376 of 2025 on 23.06.2025 and other co- accused has been granted bail on 25.08.2025 in ABA No.4704 of 2025. In view of that, there is changed circumstances for filing the second anticipatory bail petition. It further transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations against 70 to 80 persons and the allegations are made that those persons were agitating for taking away Sarfaraz Ansari from the custody of police, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
