IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH (202) FAO-3652-2001 (O&M) Date of Decision:-05.08.2025 SMT.MANPHOOL AND ANOTHER … Appellants Versus MAHESH YADAV AND OTHERS ... Respondent(s) -.- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J . (Oral) 1. Despite case being called twice, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Same was the situation since last more than ten dates. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 2. In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
