The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 310(4) & 310(5) of B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 01.11.2024, while the deceased was loading his pistol, it got fired accidently. Subsequently, deceased sustained injury and died. It was submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is that they were present at the place of occurrence and fled away with the said pistol. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Chainpur P.S.
