This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the slow progress of Complaint Case No.673 of 2022 (Lallu Ram Pal Vs. Laxman Kumar Narayan and another) pending before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be issued upon the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Prayagraj for expediting the hearing of the aforesaid complaint case. 4. In light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Prayagraj to expedite the hearing of Complaint Case No.673 of 2022 (Lallu Ram Pal Vs.
