Present revision petition has been filed seeking modification of the judgment of conviction and the order of sentence dated 22.03.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Adhoc), Fast Track Court, Sangrur, in FIR No.81 dated 16.05.2003 under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’) read with Section 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Moonak, whereby respondent No.1 was convicted under Section 324 of IPC and was VISHNU 2025.05.28 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh CRR-2371-2005 (O&M) -2- sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year and six months and to pay a fine of Rs.2,500/- along with default mechanism and respondent No.2 was released on probation. 2.
