1. Heard Mr. Prashant Kumar Rahul, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in B.P. No. 319/2025 arising out of Balumath P.S. Case No. 160/2019, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that a raid was conducted by the police in the forest on receiving information that some extremists have gathered for realizing money from the Contractors. Several accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, cash, mobile and naxal literature were recovered.
4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that appellant has been implicated on the confessional

statement of co-accused Mahabir Ganjhu, who has already been granted bail in B.A. No. 3723 of 2020.
5. Submission has been advanced that appellant is in custody since 02.06.2025.
6. The antecedent report, which was called for, has been received, from which it appears that the appellant has two criminal antecedents. The accused, on whose confession, the appellant has been implicated, has been granted bail.
7. On considering of the manner of implication of the appellant, we, while setting aside the order dated 18.09.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in B.P. No. 319/2025 in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 160/2019, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 160/2019, subject to the condition that appellant shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
8. This appeal is allowed.
