Dileep Kumar, learned Counsel for the Respondents. Learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to certain photographs indicating that the lemon trees in the field and the teak trees planted on both sides of the road, have been uprooted by the third parties. Learned Counsel would submit that the Petitioners have lodged a Police Complaint against the third parties for the said activity. The only complaint of the Petitioners is that the Petitioners are being prevented from entering into the filed in violation of the Interim Order of this Court dated 19.07.2024, wherein the Status-quo has been granted with a further clarification that the Writ Petitioners shall not be precluded from carrying on with any agricultural operations. 2. 3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents would submit that the Official Respondents have neither prepared nor erected any such board. He would also submit that it is the creation of the Petitioners in preparing the said board. In any case, photographs at page 36 of the material papers would indicate that there is existence of the board, which is lying on the floor and it has not been erected. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is not required to entertain the present Contempt Case any further. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. 5. 3 It is clarified that the closure of this Contempt Case shall not preclude the Petitioners from pursuing the Criminal Complaint lodged against the third parties for damaging the teak trees and the lemon trees. 6. 7.
